Greetings & Salutations!

So you've stumbled onto my little corner of the beauty world! Since this is my first post allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Trista and I'm a 32 year old married mom of 3 living in Oklahoma.  I've self-taught myself everything I know about makeup and it's been a love/obsession of mine for about 10 years now.  

I'm a natural redhead though I tend to dye my hair brighter shades of red because I like it better. I love bright, bold colors and use them quite often in my makeup routine. 

Skincare is new to me so that's a journey you can join me on or feel free to throw out your suggestions! 

To get down to basics on this blog I plan to write reviews of products, post my makeup looks and hopefully tutorials.  I subscribe to a couple of makeup/beauty boxes and I'll share those. We'll just see where things go as time goes by. I hope you enjoy what I have to share! 

To kind of kick things off I'm sharing my profile photo as well as another view of it, my makeup of the day a couple of days ago.

Face: Tarte  Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Full Coverage Foundation,  Benefit Boi-ing Concealer and High Beam and Mary Kay's Translucent Loose Powder. 

Eyes: Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette,  BH Cosmetics Take Me to Brazil palette, Mary Kay gel eyeliner in Jet Black, Ulta's Automatic Eyeliner in Primrose and Benefit's They're Real Mascara. 

Lips are Nyx's Xtreme Lip Cream in Spicy.
